EXPRESSION OF INTEREST HIGHER DUTIES Assistant Retail Duty Supervisor $30.75 per hour Part Time Wet'n'Wild, Oxenford Gold Coast The opportunity
You will assist with the day to day front-line operations of the Retail Department at Wet'n'Wild, Gold Coast.
Your day to day:
• Work closely with the Retail Supervisors ensuring day-to-day operational requirements are met.
• Assist with the daily coordination of Retail team members.
• Assist with guest resolutions.
• Monitor service standards and ensure they are maintained by team members, delivering superior guest experience.
• Assist with stock movements between Retail outlets.
• Take leadership and responsibility of front-line operations when Supervisors have engagements but are still on-site.
• Assist with other administration related tasks that are given by the Retail Supervisors.
What you'll bring:
• Must be a current Retail Part-Time team member.
• Experience in leading large teams, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS) skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioitise workloads.
• Ability to complete tasks autonomously and with little direction.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other team members.
• Available to work across any days of the week as rostering requirement dictate.
