We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.The Retail Analytics Manager will be responsible for streamlining analytics and insights used to enable Store Manager and Retail team performance across our brands. This role identifies and prioritises retail success metrics and establishes store-level targets that focus on customer engagement, financial performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with brand budgets and strategies.
Key Accountabilities Oversee reporting and retail dashboards to deliver insights and actionable recommendations on retail KPI's to store and field teams.Analyse store performance trends and provide recommendations to drive improvements in sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Translate retail success metrics into store-level targets and insights focused on customer engagement, financial performance and operational efficiency.Ensure data integrity across brands, including the management of the store master list, and partnering with Customer & Digital and IT to ensure accurate and high-quality dashboard and tools, such as Qlik.Provide line management to the team, overseeing performance, development and resource allocation to achieve departmental goals.Collaborate across group, building team cohesion and connection, to inspire and bring our House of Brands strategy to life.Demonstrate relentless focus and commitment to delivering our strategic blueprint together, always acting in the best interest of the group.Key Capabilities 5-7 years of experience in retail analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements.Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Qlik, Excel, Tableau) for data visualisation and reporting.Strong understanding of profitability levers for stores across various brands and archetypes.High level of commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of profitability levers for stores across different brands and operational models.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in simple, actionable ways to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and adapt plans to meet changing business needs.Why work for CRG?
