We're seeking someone who is great on the phone, has excellent analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and is a serious multi-tasker. The Coordinator will work as a liaison for the client to identify project requirements and specifications. The Coordinator will administer and organize projects and support teammates.

Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate preliminary estimateMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationDaily job file coordination to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progressPrepare job file reportsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experienceExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance a plusExperience in service industry environment a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsSuccessful at working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawHours40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when requiredPay RateCompetitive pay based on experience.
