We are seeking a hospitality professional with previous experience in the restaurant, venue or event sector looking for their next career opportunity.You must be motivated and driven, extremely organised and highly customer service orientated.You will lead, manage and develop staff across all facets of our business: general dining, wedding, and events, with customer service always at the forefront.You will have held a similar manager position with a multi-faceted hospitality venue and will possess the following qualities:Outstanding communication and negotiation abilityWell organised with exceptional multi-tasking skillsAble to work well under pressure and remain calmProblem-solving abilityEnthusiasm and genuine passion for hospitality and customer serviceDevelop processes with a focus to drive the business forwardReporting directly to the owner, this role is fundamental to our operations and logistics and is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the entire Front of House team, including but not limited to:Briefing the front of house team prior to each shiftLiaising with various departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of general bookings, events, and weddingsDirecting and allocating staff to sections and functionsStaff rostering and maintaining wage costsWorking closely with the office & event team on projects, logistics, and floor requirementsEngaging with supervisors and briefing them on business needsMonitoring and troubleshooting reservations and table allocationsOverseeing bar operations and stock requirementsEnsuring accurate communication and coordination with the Chef & kitchen for all functions and eventsInvolvement in recruitment, training, and development of staff at all levelsMotivating and inspiring your team to deliver high service standards alwaysYou will be a hospitality professional and a "lead by example" team player who can quickly develop great relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with sound knowledge of food, wine, and industry trends to drive this business to further success.This is a full-time role with weekends & evenings a requirement.
