As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play an integral role in coordinating the launch of "Le Petite Chef" in Sydney, ensuring quality service and standards are maintained to deliver a memorable guest experience.
"Le Petite Chef" is a unique dining experience that creates an unforgettable experience of delightful dining and sophisticated theatre.
EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT, BUT YOU'LL MOSTLY BE:
Meeting with guests to ensure they are welcomed and seated confidently.Helping manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for events and conducting regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and updates.Supervising the service process to ensure that Food & Beverage associates perform their duties according to department standards.Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure the timely preparation and service of food.Assisting in other F&B departments when required.Ensuring all colleagues have received department onboarding and required online training within their first week.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field.1+ years' related experience, including supervisory experience preferable.Availability across a 7-day roster.Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
