Restaurant Supervisor & Functions CoordinatorJustin Lane Establishment is on the hunt for a Restaurant Supervisor & Functions Manager.This is your opportunity to take a major role in one of the Gold Coast's favourite dining and nightlife venues.You will work within a large management structure and communicate with the management team regularly, to help plan, organise and coordinate functions and events. This position will also incorporate an operational role that will see you share oversight of our Front of House operations including hosting and/or supervising sections.Working within a well established structure you will be the primary point of contact for our guests at every stage of the function process.
