About you... ·2+ years experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the hospitality/QSR industry ·Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams ·Direct engagement with some budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports ·Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset ·A hunger and drive to grow your business ·Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays – we don't do overnights!
