Bohemia Cafe & Bar is an established and well-known cafe in Warrnambool, offering gourmet breakfasts, tasty lunches, excellent coffee and several vegetarian and gluten-free choices.

Located in a heritage building in the heart of the Kepler Street business precinct, Bohemia Cafe & Bar provides a great meeting place for a casual coffee or alternatively a more serious business lunch.
Bohemia offers both a chilled ambiance and can be very warm and inviting too.

Main Duties: Menu planning (alongside Kitchen operations team); Purchasing of supplies in accordance with budget; Maintaining stock levels; Planning and organising functions, including catering for weddings; Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff; Responsible for customer satisfaction; and Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Suitable Candidates Should: Have strong leadership and team-building skills; Have effective communication abilities; Possess strong organisational skills for menu planning and event coordination; Have budgeting and cost control skills; Be committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction; Have attention to detail in food quality, cleanliness, and compliance; and Be adaptable to handle the fast-paced and changing nature of the restaurant industry.
Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Public holidays Rotating roster Weekend availability Ability to Commute/Relocate: WARRNAMBOOL, VIC 3280 - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent work experience (Required)
Experience: Restaurant manager or equivalent: 3 years (Required)
