Job Description Contribute and embrace F&B strategy & VisionMotivate, direct and coordinate the work of all employees in the restaurantDevelop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of staff professionalismReview the competition and identify opportunities to strengthen the F&B operations coreEnhance our competitive advantageComply with all brand standards and departmental SOPsConduct daily role plays and ensure employees adhere to grooming standardsManage the storage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanlinessControl stock of all equipment in the restaurantRegularly inspect food & beverage qualityCheck all equipment on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and maintain the cleanliness of workstation and chillers & Liaise with stewarding on inventory and breakage controlEnsure cash operations, administrations and audits are aligned to Pullman procedures, in line with the brand's internal audit guidelinesYou may be asked to perform other duties as assigned by your manager Qualifications Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills3 years' experience in a busy, high-volume Restaurant, preferably in an international hotel chainProficient in English languagePassion for providing exceptional level of serviceEnthusiastic and positive personality with ability to build strong relationshipsStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailHigh degree of professionalism, commercial & creative capabilities, energy and determinationProven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality resultsComputer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Additional Information Does this sound like you?
