A permanent full-time position is available at Jolleys Boathouse Restaurant in the Adelaide CBD district.Jolleys is situated on the bank of the River Torrens. It has upstairs and downstairs dining six days of the week. It caters to à la carte customers, private dining, corporate functions, private events, and weddings. Jolley's recent initiative has been to cater to customers wanting a shorter meal pre-show or game day event in the nearby Adelaide Oval, Elder Park, and Festival Plaza.Between services on weekdays, customers are invited to join us for a charcuterie platter for "Wine'd Down".Our goal is to provide sophisticated, high-quality food & service.We are seeking an experienced fine dining Restaurant Manager.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a restaurant manager?How many years of people management experience do you have?
