We are looking for awesome Restaurant Managers to join the team at Grill'd restaurants.
A day in the life of a Grill'd Manager means you'll be:Leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurant.Working closely with our Growth Coaches to ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant compliance.Empowering team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.Managing business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.Owning our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with local community groups to make a difference.What we look for?Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues – this could be QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas, and anything in between.Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing and engaged teams.Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth opportunities.Organized and thrive in a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same; you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industry.A customer-first approach and the ability to empower your team to do the same.Why Grill'd?We offer a structured onboarding program with a mix of hands-on learning and leadership workshops to set you up for success.Endless opportunities to progress your career – whether you want to own your own restaurant, become an Area Manager, or join our Support Office team.Generous annual company performance bonus paid quarterly for high achievers.Ambitious growth plans both domestically and internationally – Bali is only step one!A company that genuinely cares about the environment, sustainability, and our local community.As a hospitality business, you will be required to work a combination of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
