What We're Looking For
Restaurant Manager
Your Responsibilities

Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations.
Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer enquiries.
Support recruiting, hiring, supervision, scheduling, development, mentoring and training of hourly employees.
Proper managing and reporting of all revenue and costs ensuring they are in line with the budget and/or guidelines.
Ensure that company policies and procedures, safety and other laws, regulations, and requirements are implemented and followed.
Complete opening and closing procedures Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
What You Need
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management A minimum of two years' managerial experience working in a fast pace, high-volume restaurant Good communication skills Outstanding customer relations #J-18808-Ljbffr
