Restaurant Manager

Position:  Restaurant Manager Position Type : Full-Time Salary:  $72,000 including superannuation per annum Location:  Mount Gambier SA 5290 Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their Indian restaurant located in Mount Gambier, South Australia. Tasks required include: Overseeing daily operations of a restaurant. Ensuring the customer's satisfaction. Handling the purchase and cost of goods in accordance with budget. Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Follow the health and safety regulations. Recruiting, Training, and supervising the staff. Promoting and marketing the restaurant. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies. Respond to the customer's queries and complaints. Planning menus in consultation with other team members Planning and organizing special parties/functions. Requirements: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in relevant field At least three (3) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed Minimum of three (3) years prior experience as a Restaurant Manager.
