Al Dente Enoteca Pty Ltd is on the hunt for a passionate, experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team!We're a small team of hospitality professionals who absolutely LOVE what we get to do. We're creative, resilient, energetic and looking for likeminded people to be on this journey with us!As a Restaurant Manager at Al Dente, you'll be charging a section under the guidance of our talented owner/chefs & General Manager and taking on a leadership role for our growing team. Your experience and skills will be an asset to our business - there's freedom to create your cocktail menus and oversee service, adding your own touch, and to implement ideas and be a part of something exciting within Melbourne's bustling hospitality scene. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with similar cuisine will be highly regarded.All the usual tasks; organisation, prep, service, ordering and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and pride in your work are required.Our service nights are Monday through Saturday, with lunch Wednesday to Saturday. You'll be working a rotating roster of 5 days, so flexibility is required.Work perks?
