Restaurant Manager - Hobart Airport (SSP Australia)

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Restaurant Manager to help lead the daily operations of our outlet at Hobart Airport and to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Tasks & responsibilities:
Proven capacity to lead a large team across an F&B setting
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
Provide direction, advice, positive thinking, assistance and guidance to all staff
Experience in rostering
Maintaining all food and beverage costs and stock levels
Requirements
2 years experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar management role
Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential)
Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one
Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
