The Role:
We're searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager who values culture and quality as much as we do.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a team with late starts on weekends and a 4.5-day work week—perfect for those who love the coastal lifestyle.

What We're Looking For:
Passion for People – We need a manager who genuinely cares, cultivates a positive culture, and leads by example.
Experience & Skills – Minimum 4 years in management, with expertise in staff training, rostering to wage targets.
Strong Sales Focus – a proven ability to maximise guest spend and staff sales targets.
To Advantage:
Experience with POS management.
Experience in Reporting systems.
Experience in Mexican Cuisine.
Experience with Appraisal systems.
