With a chef's hat and award-winning wine list already achieved, we are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our operating team!As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the venue operations. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a talented team in world-class hospitality each and every day.To be considered for this role, you must have:Outstanding people management skills and commercial acumenMinimum of 3 years in a similar roleExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests and team membersAbility to work evenings and weekendsA strong understanding of wine varietals and regions, with the ability to lead guests on a dining journeyResponsibilities of this role include:Assisting the General Manager in day-to-day operation of the venueOverseeing and developing the front of house team to ensure exceptional service and presentation of our brandManaging operational expenses, adhering to budget and labor requirementsCollaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.We offer a competitive salary and a supportive and dynamic work environment, supported by a progressive hospitality group that is on the move.
