Locally owned and operated, with a dash of maritime history thrown in, these perfectly refurbished vessels are open for business Wednesday to Friday from 11:30 am.As the captain of operations at Holy Ship, you will have a passion for service and the skills to mentor and train your team. With the customer experience first and foremost, communication and an outgoing, friendly personality are a must for this position. Managing all aspects of ordering and inventory, this role will coordinate and maintain all aspects of Holy Ship's daily operations.The role requires:Experience leading a hospitality team within a busy, high-volume environmentDelivering exceptional customer serviceLeading day-to-day operationsEnsuring high levels of team performanceControlling purchases and inventory levelsRecruiting, training, managing, and motivating crew membersEnhancing the Holy Ship experience by identifying operational shortfalls and implementing corrective actionsAbility to work a flexible roster including nights and weekendsAdherence to procedures and financial performanceThe required qualifications:Responsible Service of AlcoholCurrent Queensland RMLVFirst Aid CertificateSummary of role requirements:Flexible hours availableMore than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this roleExpected start date for role: 21 October 2024Expected salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
