This commitment begins the instant a prospective colleague connects with us and extends throughout their entire journey with the hotel.Job DescriptionLead and manage the restaurant as a destination on its own, ensuring development of the brand and compliance with the original concept and all curated service standards and procedures.Lead and manage the outlet in achievement of its optimal financial performance and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.Train and lead the team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed.Promote the growth and development of internal talent.Manage in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Communication, Marketing and Public Relations Manager the social media accounts of the restaurant in accordance with the marketing standards (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of food and beverage experience in a Manager Role within a luxury restaurant/bar environment required.
