Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards. Recruit, train, and manage staff, scheduling shifts. Foster a welcoming environment, handle customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock to control costs. Create and update seasonal wine menus and cocktails. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and prepare end of day reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Implement marketing strategies, manage social media, and coordinate promotions. Day-to-Day Operational Duties: Conduct daily briefings with staff. Inspect dining and kitchen areas before service. Monitor food and beverage quality. Manage reservations and seating. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation. Handle cash management and transactions.
