In this position you will work closely with other area managers and staff in a dynamic team. Key areas of responsibility are: Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions Employing and training new staffs Scheduling and wage targets Managing and supervising staffs Liaising with suppliers Help improve performance and productivity Comply with health regulations Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders We operate a constantly growing and expanding business, the management role is an ever evolving and developing role, supporting the other managers and the owners.You have a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service and working to achieve goals.
