This is an amazing opportunity to be totally involved as a highly competent and operational Restaurant Manager overseeing this uniquely positioned up-market a la carte restaurant in the famous Kimberleys.

You will: Work closely with the Head Chef to prepare menu concepts.
Oversee and be involved in recruitment, training, and management of all restaurant staff.
Prepare budgets, collaborate with the GM on the development of the business strategy.
Oversee all safety, HR, and regulatory requirements.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years management experience in a full-service up-market a la carte restaurant.
A confident leader, able to take full responsibility for front and back of house operations.
Motivate and support your staff to achieve their best.
Hold a current Approved Managers Licence.
Hold a C class drivers licence.
Confident in the use of MS Office suite and POS systems.
