The team at Kickin'Inn Emerton is looking to hire an ambitious, motivated, and driven Restaurant Manager who is able to oversee the day-to-day functions of the restaurant and provide exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and plan menus with Chefs and other kitchen staffOversee, coordinate, and organize special functions and large bookingsPlan the purchase and pricing of goods in accordance with estimated salary ($73,150-$75,000 per year)Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions for the restaurantE nsure dining, restaurant and kitchen spaces adhere to health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearanceCommunicate with customers to receive feedback about their dining experience and improve customer experiencePromote the restaurant brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsTake reservations, greet guests and assist in taking ordersRequirements:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or DiplomaAt least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for these formal qualifications and requirementsAt least 3 years' experience managing a restaurant and working in the hospitality industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and during busy dining periods in the restaurantOrganisation and time management skills are essential to the overall operations of the restaurantProficient management and leadership skillsConflict and dispute resolution skills encouragedAustralian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
