Restaurant Manager RoleKickin' Inn seeks an ambitious and driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exemplary customer service, and maintain a clean and functional restaurant environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinate menus with Chefs and kitchen staff to create innovative dishes.Organize special functions and large bookings, guaranteeing seamless execution.Purchase and price goods in accordance with industry standards.Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.E nsure the restaurant, dining area, and kitchen spaces meet health regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback and enhance their experience.Promote the restaurant brand through word-of-mouth and community events.Manage reservations, greet guests, and assist with orders.Requirements:AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma.At least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.3+ years of experience managing a restaurant and working in the hospitality industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.Strong organisation, time management, and leadership skills.The successful candidate will have the ability to lead a team and make informed decisions.
