Join us as a Restaurant Manager to manage all aspects of our cafe's operations and provide excellent service to our customers. As a skilled and competent individual, you'll oversee the restaurant, ensure all operations run smoothly, and resolve problems promptly.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and planning menus with Chefs and other kitchen staff.
- Overseeing special functions and large bookings.
- Planning the purchase and pricing of goods within budget.
- Tracking stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health regulations.
- Communicating with customers to improve their experience.
- Promoting our brand in the local community.
Requirements:
- AQF Associate Degree Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or 3 years of relevant experience).
- At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Proficient management and leadership skills.
We offer a salary of AU$70,000 to AU$75,000 per year and a full-time schedule of 38 hours per week.
