What We're Looking For? Experience: Previous supervisory role in a restaurant or customer-facing industry, such as Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant/Lead Manager.Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, effectively manage, and work side by side with your team.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for clear communication.Conflict Resolution: Capability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.What We Offer?
