ABOUT THE ROLE As the General Manager you will be in an autonomous role responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic management of the business. With full P&L accountability, strong financial acumen is an essential part of this role as we want you to manage this business as though it were your own with passion and purpose. In this role, you will be responsible for: Working in partnership with a senior management team to provide an outstanding hospitality experience to all customersManaging all expected reporting, sales and expensesReviewing performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to identify any areas of improvement or opportunityOverseeing all day-to-day operations including rostering, cash and stock handling, sales targets and overall restaurant presentationLeading and developing staff using a hands-on management approachDeveloping and fostering a strong rapport with all stakeholders such as staff, suppliers and customersABOUT YOU We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about leading their team in an environment that is customer centric. You will be hands-on with your team, comfortable in people development as well as focused on profit and performance.
