We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our management team, driving excellence in service and client relationships. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Key qualities include a passion for hospitality, teamwork, coaching, and a proven track record of providing and demonstrating outstanding customer service and growth.
The Role: Overseeing daily operations across the venue, including managing the restaurant, opening and closing procedures, handling the tills, and updating specials menus. Cultivating and enhancing relationships with our members and sponsored clubs. Collaborating with chefs to plan and create innovative menus. Organising and coordinating functions and events. Managing stock levels, planning budgets, and setting pricing for products. Ensuring comprehensive management of all FOH operational aspects of the business. Adhering to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures. Identifying opportunities to boost sales and revenue while controlling costs, with a focus on growth within functions. Ensuring superior service and quality to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Creating job advertisements, conducting interviews, and training new staff members. Fostering a positive working environment and leading by example as a senior restaurant leader. Your application will include evidence to the following questions:
