Restaurant Foh Manager

Victoria Park Social Club is a unique city venue located in historic Victoria Park offering relaxed dining and private functions.
We are looking for a FOH Manager to run both a la carte services and private events.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in growing customer relationships, a passion for food and drinks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoyment interacting with people - customers and staff - is a must. This role is very service-oriented.
Great working conditions with an emphasis on a good work/life balance.
We are open 4 days a week Thursday to Sunday. No Split Shifts except at busy Christmas peak season.
We believe in a healthy work-life balance for all of our staff with this role working 40 - 45 hours per week with a minimum of 2 full days off in a row.
Previous experience as a restaurant management/supervisor is preferred.
