About the Role The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
You will be a Lead Software Developer responsible for developing new software products and enhancements to existing products.
You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities You'll be all over the technical designs, code reviews, test approaches, and release process within your team, working with them to help them be better developers individually, and the team to get continually better as a unit.
Lead your "pod" of developers, work closely with the Product Manager, and coordinate and knowledge share with the other dev team leaders.
You'll work with the Head of IT, our Senior Engineering team and our Product Manager to ensure coding standards, processes, and tools quality.
About You 7+ years Dev experience (as a rough guide).
Engineering leadership experience (doesn't need to be in a formal leadership role — but demonstrated leadership of a project or effort with accountability for outcomes).
Hands-on experience in Node JS.
Strong skills in software architecture and systems design, especially with high scale or distributed systems.
Experience consuming and developing REST, GraphQL or RPC APIs.
Experience working with AWS.
Solid understanding of relational database implementation.
