Resourcing Officer

We are looking for aPart-Time Resourcing Officer to work in a special school in Salisbury as part of their people team.
Location: Salisbury, School
Hours: 3 days a week (negotiable days)
Key Responsibilities: Support in recruitment campaigns across various departments Write and manage job advertisements and respond to candidate communications Update careers website with accurate information on vacancies Track applications, prepare shortlisting and interview packs Coordinate references for candidates and manage new starter process Post job vacancies on social media platforms Build and maintain agency relationships for recruitment purposes Update electronic employee files and ensure HR records are up to date Lead on communication with internal and external enquiries in a timely manner Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in recruitment or HR role Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of GDPR regulations and employment law Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Understanding of safeguarding practices in recruitment
