We are now seeking a Maintenance Resource Coordinator to join our Maintenance Planning team at our Sunrise Dam Gold Mine. Accountable to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent, this role is based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine on an 8/6 FIFO roster. We operate direct flights to Sunrise Dam from Perth.
Accountabilities:
Supporting the Planning & Scheduling process by ensuring that all required resources are available onsite to complete scheduled work. This includes materials, labour, tooling and services. Active participation in scheduling meetings raising concerns on material and labour availability. Labour contracts and purchase orders monitored for validity and sufficient funds. The upkeep of maintenance rosters and trade capacities to ensure seamless weekly scheduling. Ensure materials are correctly staged in laydown yards. Rental equipment sourced, requested and actioned in a timely manner. Liaising with Process, Maintenance and Supply staff on availability of equipment and repairable spares. Engage in feedback processes with vendors on equipment and labour performance. Assist in identifying redundant stocks and prepare applications for new items of plant and equipment. Printing of weekly work orders and work packs. Weekly schedule development in the absence of Maintenance Planner & Scheduler. Maintain master data integrity by ensuring accuracy of SAP catalogue and Bill of Materials. Work with Supply chain, Maintenance and other departments to continually improve the Work Management Processes within the business. About You

Experience in the maintenance of industrial processing equipment (highly regarded). Exposure to project scheduling software (highly regarded). Experience using SAP. Trades background (highly regarded). Mining industry experience (highly regarded). Forklift license (highly regarded). Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory).
