JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent Sydney/Melbourne - Hybrid/ Full Time - Senior Associate Our Client and Markets team provides best practice go-to-market expertise, campaign management, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs.We deliver alignment to priority go-to-market teams, working across multiple programs at once to align with the firm needs, business response and strategy, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results.In our Digital Marketing team, we're looking for a Resourcing and Workflow Specialist that will effectively and efficiently manage resourcing and workflow to deliver priority marketing programs, campaigns and event activation.You will manage requests and tasks across PwC's digital channels and project manage delivery supported by an inhouse team, agencies and an offshore resourcing team Day to day, you'll: Triage and process requests, collect information, manage schedules, assign tasks and track the project's progress, making sure it's completed on time and to budget Distribute assignments to teams and agencies, depending on their availability and priorities.Troubleshoot and remove roadblocks.Manage workflow, keeping track of task dependencies and changing deadlines while campaigns are in flight, ensuring all activity is delivered on time Work closely with several stakeholders Marketers, Brand, Corporate Affairs, Events, agencies and resource teams to deliver activity.Manage communications between multiple agencies and teams as required Meet regularly with stakeholders to understand the pipeline and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues Identify efficiencies to reduce friction in the production process and maintain systems and processes to ensure teams and agencies have the resources needed Align the Marketing Governance framework across all digital channels through quality control measures and processes The key skills required: People Skills Stay "tuned in" to the people on the team.Keep your instincts on alert for impactful issues thwarting the team's ability to complete tasks.Spot train issues and correct them, or find ways to cross-train team members in order to improve efficiency.Serve as the liaison between marketers, team and the production team in order to ensure the efficiency of the undertaking.Workflow Expertise Find new ways to collaborate with cross-functional teams is important to any marketing project Spot inefficiencies that can impact a deliverable.Finding new, creative ways to accomplish tasks is important; thinking outside the box is a crucial skill T echnology Experience Know a little bit about a lot of technology.While you don't need to be a guru in the tech stack that the marketing team is using, you do need to know the functionality of the platforms Keep your finger on the pulse of changes to project and workflow technologies and make recommendations on new tools that could help teams do more with less effort.Some of the more general experience and skills that this position requires include: Ideally you would have experience in a similar role at a marketing agency A patient yet determined demeanour designed to drive projects forward.A "can do" attitude that helps them troubleshoot until the task is complete.Creativity and enthusiasm even in the face of setbacks.Comfort level with diverse working styles and environments, including remote teams.Organised, efficient, and methodical.Great at multitasking.Good delegator with even better follow-through.Excellent communicator.Great writing skills with precise attention to detail.It's time to move forward.And upward.You want to grow, reach new heights and move up the corporate ladder.We'll give you a career-boosting role that: Helps you learn and grow with our internal Academy, study support, and partnerships with Udemy and Coursera Provides strong mentors and plenty of networking opportunities Gives you the chance to explore, with overseas secondments and our Together Anywhere policy that lets you work up to 4 weeks from anywhere in Australia Helps you prioritise your life outside of work, with lifestyle and wellness stipends up to $500 a year Has competitive and transparent salary packages with the opportunity for yearly bonuses and promotions Is strong on growth and reward We're an inclusive bunch, and we try to make life easier - for our clients, our teams and our communities.If you need reasonable adjustments when applying, just let us know.Mel Taclay is the Recruitment Manager for the role.As the team experiences high volumes of applications, we appreciate your patience to allow for a timely and fair process for all.Explore Location Close the popup No locations found Apply Now Save job
