Work Responsibilities:We have an exciting max-term opportunity available for a Resourcing Advisor to join our People and Change (P&C) team for 18 months. Reporting to our Resourcing Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders across Sunwater to provide full end-to-end recruitment processes including strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing the offer and background screening processes.
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in recruitment. Experience working with or within a government owned corporation within the water/utilities industry will be advantageous. You will need to demonstrate your ability to engage and influence at all levels including having:
well-developed capabilities in coaching and providing advice to stakeholdersexperience working with recruitment systems including ATS (PageUp preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Seek Talent Searchstrong experience developing talent pools to enable optimal selection decisionsability to work within a fast-paced internal recruitment environmentBenefits:This role offers an array of attractive benefits including:
