This is an awesome opportunity for an emerging qualitative researcher to fast-track their career development, be involved in all aspects of the research process, and learn from some of the sharpest minds in the industry.
You'll work on customised projects and, with the support of amazing leaders, further your experience in designing research, writing discussion guides, and building up your qualitative methodological toolkit—such as in-depth interviews, workshops, online communities, groups, ethnography, observations, and AI.
You'll then translate qualitative and quantitative research into stories, test ideas, write trend reports, design evidence-based interventions, and deliver reports and presentations to social, commercial, and not-for-profit clients.
We're looking to speak to individuals who have: 2+ years' experience in qualitative insights/strategy/research A multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving Empathy, curiosity, and have their finger firmly on the pulse Qual toolkit—workshops, in-depth interviews, focus groups, online communities, ethnography, and observations An understanding of BSCI and quant skills would be highly advantageous
