About the Role: Dualist Research Consultant (Qual & Quant)
As a Dualist Research Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of diverse and high-impact projects. From initial pitch to final presentation, you'll take the lead in managing client relationships, translating complex data into clear insights, and delivering strategic solutions. Expect to work across a wide range of projects – from behavioural change to communications, customer experience, branding, and more.
What You'll Do:
Dive deep into client problems, understanding their needs and crafting tailored research solutions Design and deliver innovative research proposals Conduct qualitative and quantitative fieldwork to uncover powerful insights Present actionable recommendations to clients and stakeholders Mentor junior team members and contribute to their growth What We're Looking For:
5+ years of agency-side experience in social or commercial research Proven success in managing end-to-end research projects Expertise in qualitative methodologies (IDIs, groups, workshops) Advanced technical skills in quantitative tools (SPSS, Q, Excel) Strong empathy, critical thinking, and a collaborative approach What's on Offer:
