Job Summary: NTEX Code Red is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Recovery Facility Manager to join the team and continue leading the company to success.
You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company goals, drive profitability and efficiencies, whilst ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction is maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, financial performance, overall compliance, team management, and driving the development and implementation of innovative business, sustainability, and circular economy initiatives.
Providing strong leadership and ability to implement strategic opportunities to align all facets of the NTEX group into practical action is key.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve company goals and objectives, driving profitability and reporting on progress.Support business development efforts to identify and pursue new and innovative opportunities that align with the company's sustainability and business goals.Work with leadership to manage, lead and develop a high-performing team, providing instruction, guidance, and support as needed.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and optimisation.Monitor and ensure compliance with all accreditations, relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards with a focus on Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance.Oversee facility yard operations to maximise site efficiency and maintain optimal safety standards, ensuring best practices in workflow and resource management.Maintain a strong focus on ESG - environmental social governance - as part of the company's forward-thinking strategy.Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Waste Management, Environmental Management or related field.Proven experience in a Resource Recovery or General Manager leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning, business development and team management.Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and mentor a team.Commitment to safety, environment, quality, and sustainability.Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.NTEX Code Red is seeking a Resource Recovery Facility Manager who shares the core principles of the business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, team management with the ability to drive the development and implementation of initiatives that support positive environmental, social and profitable impacts.
