Resource Manager - APAC leader role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
Thirdera is seeking an experienced Resource Manager responsible for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time. We need a leader to manage employee allocations and determine hiring needs based on each project's requirements, allowing our project managers to focus on getting tasks done. The Resource Manager coordinates capabilities and workload.
Responsibilities:Partners with Service Delivery Management on the design of Team projects to ensure top-of-line experience for our clients.Plays a key role in navigating Project demand levels from different regions of the world.Builds relationships with Sales, being personable, setting the tone, and being a strong communicator that can adapt to different working styles. Empathetic and knowledgeable in Resource Management and its life cycle.Leads the allocation of vital resources to projects by analyzing team capabilities (actual and forecasted) and project needs.Coordinates the responsibilities of people representatives to ensure timely data on projects and aims for better utilization of our people.Proactively manages the forecast capacity in assigning consultants in a timely manner.Leverages utilization and skills information to plan assignments and team composition now and in the future.Proactively works with Service Delivery / Key Stakeholders in addressing actual / potential capability gaps by partnering with talent acquisition leaders to identify talent priorities and plan for future hires or meeting with Learning leaders to design new trainings and upskilling.Partners with Engagement Managers to ensure forecast information is accurate.Provides accurate and timely reporting on Team Utilization.Ensures team skills and employee profiles are up to date.Requirements:Experience working with ServiceNow professionals / Solutions teams or Salesforce or a SaaS-based solutions consultancy.Understanding of the Fractional Staffing Model.Bachelor's degree.Exceptional organizational and communication skillsRMCP desired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
