Your day to day will consist of... Support the unified approach of planning activity through capacity oversight, support and coordination. The role is to ensure an enterprise-wide capacity view of delivery support teams is provided against the prioritised delivery plan.
Work with key partners to ensure that required delivery support is identified, managed and fulfilled as part of the company planning processes Support application of successful processes to ensure flexible and highly competent capacity teams are set to fulfil delivery requirements at an enterprise level Liaise with capacity owners to minimise capacity issues through planning support and ensuring resolutions are in place Analyse working processes across BUs and at an Enterprise level with the objective to identify the best ways of working, apply retrospective reviews and support optimisation process development Track and use partner feedback data to create continual improvement cycles and planning standards Support partners with capacity utilisation reporting against the prioritised delivery plan and continuous improvement on capacity application What makes you perfect for the role? Demonstrable experience in Project Management, PMO, Portfolio Prioritisation/Resourcing Strong Jira/Confluence and excel abilities Working in an agile methodology Optus is a place where we let you do you.
