Responsibilities Work as Bioanalytical Principal Investigator for method development, validation and sample analysis Establish department objectives; oversee resource and capacity planning Provide guidance and decision-making on scientific, operational, and regulatory issues, as appropriate Manage training, performance and professional development of staff Establish Key Performance Indicators to identify opportunities for improvement Track revenue and assist with financial planning and budgeting Work alongside senior colleagues to define strategies for business success and growth Support Business Development in development of new and existing clients Participate in client and regulatory audits as required. Ensure employee adherence to regulatory compliance for data integrity and assigned SOPs Review and author SOPs, as appropriate Other tasks as assigned Education, Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on method development and validation of quantitative bioanalytical assay using LC-MS/MS Familiar with FDA/EMEA and ICH M10 guidance Familiar with working in a GLP environment Strong people management skills to lead a team Excellent project management skills to meet timeline and deliver quality data Outstanding communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
