Responsibilities Ensure lab operations compliance with quality and regulatory policies and safety standards. Facilitate and maintain operational condition of lab instruments; Coordinate routine calibration and maintenance of basic equipment. Collaborate directly with scientists to coordinate all aspects of lab operations. Oversee samples and reference materials' receipt, accession, storage, and shipping. Maintain inventory list of all laboratory assets. Monitor and maintain inventory of chemical reagents, consumables, and reference materials. Manage packing and dispatching of items to other laboratories and sponsors. Raise PO for laboratory and office supplies; consolidate invoices for finance team. Oversee temperature and humidity monitoring systems. Manage and liaise with clinical site and Sponsor for sample collection kits supplies. Support internal and external audits as necessary. Ensure general housekeeping standards are upheld in the facility. Perform any additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management. Education, Skills & Experience Associate degree or higher with at least three years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience as deemed appropriate by management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and responsible. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a team as well as work independently. Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills. Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with sample handling in an industrial laboratory. Good understanding of GLP (FDA, EMA and OECD) and GCP regulations (as applicable), as well as 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic records and electronic signatures).
