About the Role
As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will oversee supply chain projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in complex supply chains, operations optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also play a critical role in providing strategic input to senior management and aligning project execution with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. Collaboration and Coordination Collaborate with business process owners to develop and prioritize a roadmap of projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and other departments, to ensure project success. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Operational Excellence Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support business goals. Develop and execute operational procedures and strategies. Ensure program operations and activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Implement corrective measures as necessary to ensure project success. Leadership and Mentorship Lead and manage teams to achieve operational objectives. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional development. Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, project management, and end-to-end planning transformation. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Desirable:
Experience in planning, order fulfillment, inventory/transport management, or supply chain network design.
