You will champion user-centric design and partner with cross-functional teams - including HR, IT, and external vendors - to ensure these systems align with business needs, deliver a seamless user experience, and support the organization's strategic goals.In this critical role, you will lead efforts to optimize end-to-end processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging technology solutions to enhance workflows and employee experiences. Staying informed on HR technology trends, including advancements in AI, you will proactively recommend use cases to improve existing solutions or introduce new tools when necessary.You will be responsible for collaborating closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and stakeholders across the business to uncover gaps, drive meaningful improvements, and continuously enhance day-to-day HR technology.You will foster transparency and alignment across the People team by sharing regular updates, insights, and trends while encouraging collaboration and feedback. As a leader within the Agile Scrum team, you will guide and enable the squad to deliver impactful, user-centred solutions that are data-driven and forward-thinking.ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Roadmap DevelopmentDefine and articulate the product vision and strategic direction for current and future People systems, ensuring alignment with both HR and broader business objectives.Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, IT, and the broader organization to gather insights, assess needs, and ensure that technology solutions support evolving business priorities and goals.Develop, manage, and continuously refine a comprehensive multi-year roadmap that prioritizes HR system optimizations, enhancements, and new implementations.System Discovery, Management, and OptimizationDrive end-to-end process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, evaluating system capabilities, and recommending HR technology solutions.Ideate, design and validate by conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities, design innovative HR technology solutions, and validate their effectiveness through testing and feedback.Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of core HR systems (e.g. HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other relevant platforms).Continuously evaluate system performance and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with HR leaders, IT, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable HR technology solutions.Serve as the primary liaison facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment between HR and technology teams.Lead communication and change management efforts by ensuring transparent communication regarding system updates and enhancements.Vendor ManagementManage and cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and consultants, overseeing contract negotiations and performance reviews.Monitor vendor performance and assess service quality to ensure that all agreements meet expectations.Collaborate with vendors to address any issues and ensure timely resolutions.Oversee the People Systems budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Compliance and Data SecurityEnsure all HR systems adhere to relevant regulations and internal company policies.Work closely with the compliance and legal teams to stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements.Continuously monitor for potential risks related to data security and compliance.Participate in audits and reviews of People systems to ensure data security protocols are in place.Partner with People Systems Tribe to develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.Qualifications and ExperienceRequired:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in product or project management, ideally with a focus on HR systems.Agile methodology experience or certification.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Willingness to be part of a global team.Preferred:Experience working in a supporting function, e.g. HR.Experience with the implementation of enterprise systems.Experience working with vendors.Experience with Jira.Experience with AI and HR use cases.Experience in human-centric process, experience and service design.Change Management certification or experience.Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in enterprise systems.Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
