Our Sustainability and Resilience Team is seeking a Resilience Officer – Data and Research.PurposeDeliver and support projects and initiatives that align with Council's resilience and sustainability goals and strategic priorities. Undertake project management, including stakeholder and community engagement activities for assigned projects. These efforts aim to enhance community resilience.About the roleIn this role you will be required to demonstrate:Research and Analysis: Conduct research on resilience trends, best practices and regulatory requirements. Analyse data and relevant metrics and provide recommendations based on findings to enhance resilience practices.Measuring and Monitoring: Identify data sources for tracking resilience. Monitor and collate data and reports as required to senior team members. Conduct analysis of customer feedback, trends, and metrics related to resilience initiatives.Project Management: Deliver assigned resilience initiatives, ensuring alignment with Council goals and objectives. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
