About you We are currently recruiting casual Youth workers with a shared perception of improving and supporting the day to day lives of the young people in our care.

Commitment to young people and understand the factors affecting their lives.
Able to follow policies and procedures.
Ability to work minimum of 24 hours a week.
Willingness to travel to regional locations.

Assisting with their daily routines.
Engaging and communicating with the young people in your care.
Assisting in domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, meal prep.
Administrating Medication Implementation of the behaviour support plans.
Write detailed and accurate daily shift notes.
Follow organisational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety Become a valued BRC employee to our clients.
Requirements Have a full QLD Driver's Licence and a Car Comprehensive car insurance Current Working with Children's Check 6 months of paid and recent experience as a Youth Support Worker within a residential setting.
