With dedicated market-leading administrative support, you'll spend your time working and completing valuations and not chasing paperwork and booking runs, allowing you to gain greater experience in valuations.All levels are encouraged to apply; however, here's a snapshot of the role:Liaises with the Manager, Valuer Service Centre to coordinate efficient planning and workflow and compliance with turnaround expectations.Conduct valuation preparation, research, inspection, and reporting in line with JLL's Valuation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant KPIs.Contribute to building and improving client relationships through ongoing communication on valuation and other professional issues.Provide guidance, support, and feedback to Assistant Valuers or other Valuers when required to assist them in completing their work.Opportunities to work on a broad range of mortgage and non-mortgage residential valuations thanks to JLL's large and diversified profile of clients.Interested?
