OTE $250,000 + (low multiplier; management salary) Handle the biggest and most complex work = highest fees Residential, Prestige, Development, Family law & Expert witness Valuations Director in Residential to lead the Newcastle Residential team, reporting into the NSW Director for a top-tier Australian Valuations firm.
With full support of the national business, this is an opportunity to sink your teeth into an already performing office & take it to new levels.
The Role:Lead a team of 8; with a 2IC for operational and technical supportManage the division, budget, balance the fees and development and everyone winsKeeping a hand on the tools and driving the team from the frontHandle the biggest and most complex work = highest feesManagement experience and BD capability highly regardedEfficiencies include Industry leading Automated Valuation Report / IT systems and Admin Booking Team + assistance with QA / Compliance. The national team also ensures their regional offices never feel siloed with management training, courses & leadership team support.
