Working closely with the General Manager, you will also be responsible for the performance of the facility with regards to budget management, employee engagement, quality assurance, and clinical care.VMCH Bundoora is a dementia-specific aged care facility, offering 13 memory support rooms designed to provide specialised care and support for people living with dementia.About youYou have previously held a leadership position within the aged care services sector, demonstrating your ability to work unsupervised and promote a positive workplace environment.
You are an effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and valuing patience, common sense, and compassion.
You naturally relate to older people and understand the issues related to the services they require.
