As a Residential Service Manager, you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
Your part in our BlueCare team In the role of our Residential Services Manager, you will work with your front line team to provide outstanding care to our residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centered care.
You will ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians, you will lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and qualityDemonstrate financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budgetKnowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinkingExperience coordinating care provision within a large teamConfidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing prioritiesAbility to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team membersBachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualificationCurrent AHPRA registrationDemonstrated experience and knowledge in Aged Care FundingBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family.
