We have a new opportunity for a Residential Services Ambassador to join our Build to Rent asset team in Melbourne at LIV Munro located at Queen Victoria Markets. 
Initiate resident interaction and address their needs while assisting daily prospect follow up and assign leasing activities. The agent is the face of the property, conversing with our residents and getting to know their names is our first commitment in ensuring resident satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Ensuring residents are warmly welcomed to the property.Upholding service standards and public area presentation to be in line with brand and property standards.Knowledgeable with the property, its services & facilities as well as the surrounding community.Actively engage with residents and visitors to ensure their satisfactions and that our service and product deliveries are in line and consistent with our tenancy agreements.Effectively resolving resident issues and assisting with enquiries in a professional manner. Escalating, communicating and following up promptly.Proactively engaging with residents to identify opportunities to improving services and products of the property.Maintaining public areas, offices and back of house areas are stocked for operational needs.Ensuring all outstanding and overdue accounts are followed up daily.Preparing apartments in accordance with brand standards for inspections and upcoming move-ins.Communicating with residents to schedule activities, including resident events, amenity bookings, inspections, move-in/out arrangements.Implement and actively improve the resident community program to maximise resident satisfaction and retention.Preparation for all inspection appointments, familiar with prospective resident apartment preferences and their profiles.Maintaining communication and responses to a professional standard and with a solution focused attitude.Supporting all service aspects of the property functions, especially Maintenance and Leasing, including resident communications.Supervision of residents within the property ensuring adherence to lease rule and conditions.Upholding professional image and ensuring property presentation to ensure a positive brand image and community representation.Adhering to Mirvac's "Next Level" customer experience platform and providing timely responses to feedback received through all mediums. Your point of difference The ideal candidate must have or be working towards a Certificate of Registration and will have moderate experience in the hospitality or the property management industry alongside a Real Estate License and Strata Management experience.
The ideal candidate will also have a high level of competency with Microsoft Office package, will be a problem solver and open to innovation solutions and will have the ability to prioritize tasks and follow through to meeting expectations of multiple entities. You will be a results driven professional who is committed to customer service excellence and will meet tight timeframes without compromising accuracy. Additionally, you will have the ability to communicate to internal and external customers of different levels and diverse to develop strong relationships.
